A Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Representative position is available. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with billing inquiries, payment plans, and service issues while building trust and ensuring satisfaction.
Review, analyze, and respond to customer billing inquiries
Resolve customer issues or questions efficiently
Process payment deferrals and installment plans
Retain customers who may be moving or unhappy with service
Quickly identify customer needs and offer appropriate plans
Accurately enroll customers in the correct plan
Strive to resolve issues on the first call
Demonstrate knowledge of processes and policies
Build trust and rapport through clear, respectful interaction
Ensure overall customer satisfaction remains high

Minimum 15 hours per week required with flexible work schedule between 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM ET. Choose hours that work best for you while meeting customer needs.
